ADHD Coaching means 50- minute weekly or bi-monthly sessions where:

  • We dive into how ADHD shows up in your life and what’s getting in your way.

  • We explore your unique wiring to see how you're already rocking ADHD.

  • We start using your strengths to tackle the challenges you face.

  • Our Coaching sessions are:  

    • A time for you to call “time out” from the day-to-day.

    • When you’ll design your best way to manage your life.

    • Where you set goals and celebrate milestones as you reach them.

    • A space to troubleshoot what's not working and make adjustments to get back on track.

    • The opportunity to create your own language around accountability.  

    • The agenda is always up to you!
